School Dress

On class days, RNS students wear their school uniform. This consists of either #1 Dress or Classroom Dress. Fridays and special events are designated as #1 Dress days. Once the school day is over, everyone dresses in comfortable, casual clothing. This occasionally extends into the school day.

  • #1 Dress

    • Grey dress pants or RNS Black Watch kilt
    • RNS-crested white dress shirt (long and short sleeve)
    • Calf-high black dress socks (or black tights during winter)
    • Black polishable dress shoes
    • Black leather belt (with pants only)
    • RNS-crested navy or green blazer
    • School tie 

  • Classroom Dress

    • Grey dress pants or RNS Black Watch kilt
    • RNS-crested collared shirt - polo, or dress shirt and tie
    • RNS-crested sweater or quarter-zip pullover
    • Calf-high black dress socks (with kilt) (black tights are permitted to be worn during winter)
    • Black polishable dress shoes
    • Black leather belt (with pants only)

  • Physical Education Dress

    Physical Education Dress, for students in Grades 6-10 who take Physical Education class, includes RNS-crested athletic t-shirt. Students are responsible for supplying their own athletic shorts.

The Campus Store: TIES

The Campus Store and Uniform Shop (TIES) is managed by Mr. Greg Cusack and staffed by RNS parent volunteers. Located on the main floor of South House, the store stocks uniforms, athletic clothing, and casual clothing with the school name and crest.

During the school year, TIES is open the following hours:
Monday 12pm-1pm
Tuesday 12pm-1pm
Friday 12pm-1pm
 
Orders may be placed outside of these hours by emailing store@rns.cc and arrangements can be made for pick up at Collegiate Hall.
