RNS Community
There is a tradition of support and volunteerism within the RNS community. We are fortunate that many of our parents, alumni, and friends choose to contribute to the success of our students and school. This commitment is essential to ensure that RNS can continue to meet the needs of the students and offer innovative programs taught by engaged and dedicated teachers.
Thanks to the commitment of the RNS community, we have been able to constantly develop our campus and our programs. Renovations to teaching facilities, including the creation of the Innovation Studio, upgrades to the Théâtre Susan B. Ganong and the Dr. C. H. Bonnycastle Memorial Arena, plus increased budgets for financial assistance for students, are recent examples of how support from the RNS community directly benefits our students.
How you can help
At RNS, we encourage our community to become involved. You can do this by attending our various school events and fundraisers, including the Top of the Hill Dinner, Auction, and Dance, the RNS Art Show, and the Grade 12 Lobster Dinner, to name a few. These events are not only fun ways to connect with your RNS community, but they also help to raise critical funds to benefit our students. Be sure to check the RNS calendars and keep an eye on your email for information on these events and more.
Another way to support excellence at RNS is by making a gift to our Annual Fund. Donations to the Annual Fund have an immense impact on our students' experience. Gifts may be unrestricted, allowing RNS to allocate funds to the areas of greatest need, or you may choose to direct your donation to an area that's especially important to you. If everyone contributes what they are able to, year after year, our momentum is sustained and the school thrives. All gifts receive an official tax receipt. Please consider a gift.
Your participation is greatly appreciated and makes a tangible difference to RNS, both in financial terms and in the sense of community and shared purpose it represents.
