We encourage all students to develop a healthy, active lifestyle and expect them to participate in physical activity for at least one hour every day. Students from grades 6 through 10 also participate in 70-minute Physical & Health Education classes throughout the week.
All students at Rothesay Netherwood School participate in Co-Curricular Activities; which run either before class or at the end of the day. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities, many of which are listed below. Students are asked to choose 1 activity per term and sign up through the portal. With the many options available, students will still need to participate in 1 term of athletic based activity per year. Students who play on a competitive team will travel in the RNS Track Suit which can be purchased at TIES The Uniform Shop. Grade 12 students can also choose to take a term off of Co-Curricular activities in order to focus on their studies. The process and exemption form will be available from the Director of Athletics.
